Not quite what I was looking for.
I have been using a set of interlocking combs made by Goody for about 10 years now that I absolutely love. I originally had a couple of pair but have been down to one for about five years now which is actually melted on one end by a mishap with my curling iron. Lol! Apparently that company no longer makes them. I bought another brand prior to the France Luxe which were of the correct size but made of hard plastic, broke easily, and were not comfortable so when I came across the France Luxe I was so excited! The description sounded more like my old one and what I had been looking for all these years. I am very happy with the pliable material of which the France Luxe is made, however, it is about 2 inches shorter, has 4 less teeth, and cost about 3 times more than my original Goody brand. To be fair I did not measure and compare the sizes but only went by the picture which makes the comb look larger than it is. I am still happy to have it though as it is the best comb that I have come across so far since I began looking to replace my old one. So, bottom line is that the France Luxe comb is of good quality and stays in well but does not perform exactly as I would like due to the size.
