France Luxe® makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We strive to ship your order the next business day after receiving your order, but times may vary.

The shipping cost varies for wholesale orders and customers outside the U.S. depending on the quantity of items and the weight of the order.

Kindly note customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or duties.

Orders are processed and shipped from Preston, WA near Seattle. Please allow 3 - 7 business days to receive your order. Handmade items and shipments outside the U.S. may require more time.

Back Order Shipments

If an item you order is found to be temporarily unavailable, a real person with Our Customer Care team will contact you by phone or email. You may remove the item from your order or have it shipped when it becomes available. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if an order is split into multiple shipments.

APO Addresses

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after receipt of your order if shipping to an APO address.

P.O. Box - Air Freight

Please note that we cannot ship air freight to a P.O. Box. Please provide an alternate street address.

When sending a return, please include a note with your contact information, reason for the return, and desired outcome. A postage paid return label is included with all U.S. orders.     For your convenience, We provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. Fill out the return form included with the label and We will provide you with an exchange, or a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 - 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.
